Our "Over-the-Top" line is exactly that in every way! These cakes take our cheesecake to the next level of decadence. Each of these dazzling cakes has a unique extravagance.

Carrot Cake Cheesecake – We start with our rich original cheesecake and blend in bite size pieces of our famous carrot cake. We then finish with a layer of our magnificent cream cheese frosting over the top! A truly dynamic duo!!
Turtle (cashew or pecan) – The rich original provides the base for this deluxe dessert. A smooth layer of caramel, roasted pecans (or cashews, if you choose), and a chocolate drizzle are found over the top!
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup – A smooth peanut butter cheesecake with chocolate shaved and swirled in. The top of this delight is piped with a chocolate ganache, filled with peanut butter cup pieces and drizzled with more chocolate! A chocolate and peanut butter lover's dream!
Oreo Explosion – You will be absolutely delighted! Starting with a base of Oreo cheesecake, this cake is piped with our cream cheese frosting and covered with Oreo cookie chunks! Amazing with a glass of cold milk!!
Original Ganache – Ooh la la! Our rich original vanilla is make without the crust, and then completely enveloped in our rich chocolate ganache. It's a WOW! (Also check out our Chocolate Ganache.)

Snickers – Again, the base is our rich original vanilla with snickers candy blended in! It is then piped with our famous chocolate ganache and covered with just the right size pieces of snickers bar! A drizzle of chocolate adds the final touch to bring it over the top!
Nutella Hazelnut – Our rich original cheesecake with a swirl of Nutella. This cake is then piped with the cheesecake, topped with Nutella and toasted hazelnuts and laced with sweet chocolate.
Chocolate Ganache – This chocolate indulgence starts with a crustless chocolate cheesecake and is completely enveloped with our rich deep chocolate ganache.

Blueberry Bliss – This fruit filled delight starts with our blueberry bliss cheesecake. The top is then lavished with our brilliant blueberry sauce. (You almost can't resist humming "I found my thrill…") It's hard to resist using the word THRILL here!!
